Standard Shipping

Shipping will be billed separately prior to order fulfillment. Please contact info@softroc.com to receive a shipping quote prior to ordering.​

Rubber Granules

Your orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Your order will be delivered up to 3 weeks from the time payment is received.

Resins & Binders

Your orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Your order will be delivered up to 3 weeks from the time payment is received.

Tools & Equipment

Your orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Your order will be delivered up to 3 weeks from the time payment is received.

Specialty Order Shipping

Due to the specific coloring process of Softroc's Special Order rubber granules, Your order will be delivered up to 6 weeks from the time payment is received.

 

Order Tracking

If you choose Standard Shipping as your shipping method, your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider who will offer order tracking services. This service will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking confirmation number.  

You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:

  • Follow the instructions included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order through the carrier’s website.
